After having had to migrate to the new app, it very rarely works. 99% of the time in live view, it just says, "Waiting for a response." And it won't allow me to use the old app. You need to fix this!!!!! UPDATE: After several attempts, Uninstallimg and installing the device, I was informed via email that since my device is discontinued, they said "Your only option is to get a new doorbell.: it worked fine before I had to migrate to the new App. And they won't replace it. I'm done with skybell.

I previously gave Skybell a bad review because nothing was working properly for days. After speaking to the 3rd tech, he discovered it wasn't installing properly & and the view was very small. He walked me through the process & it went through. My son uninstalled the old HD & rebooted my cell. Now, everything works as it should & better. I like that I can now block out my tree motion when the wind blows & it sent annoying notifications. It also has different. ring tones. All is good now & happy.

Finally! Usually when an app gets updated, it's very rarely for the better. In this case, it now works 100% of the time! On the old app, I could only view live video if I wasn't connected to my home's Wi-Fi. The old app never notified me of movement or when someone rang the bell. Thank you for finally fixing all the defects and for fixing my buyer's remorse.
