There's an upward movement/difference between the subtotal captured on the checkout page vs the subtotal captured on the payment page....with no change in item qty or value in the cart. This implies a hidden charge? Uninstalled due to lack of transparency and accuracy. ETA: this add-on fee occurs PRIOR to any option to pay, hence the reason this issue is being called out....once again uninstalled due to lack of transparency and accuracy

Good day, as mentioned we are transparent in our dealings via the app. You have described is a fee charged when using wipay as a payment option which was recently brought to our attention. There has always been and continues to be no fee when using FAC as a payment option. You can contact us for more details as we have shared with others users.

Courteous and reliable service. True to delivery times indicated. So far (used three times so far) the customer service standard has remained high even though each delivery person was different. App is very user friendly and well thought-out. After you order, you can go in to track where your delivery person is when the order is dispatched, how much time remains until arrival, name and picture of driver as well as the number plare to expect. Wide variety of food options are included.

I have had good and bad experiences with skip d line. From orders being delivered to orders being cancelled. They need to improve their service because I made an order 10:30am it's after 12 and the order is still not delivered. Then I find out they sent the driver down south while my order is suppose to be delivered to the east. They also don't give promo codes or anything when they offer you poor service

Hi Mhegan, thank you letting us know about your experience. We can guarantee that there is no way that an order will intentionally go to South if it is supposed to be delivered to the East unless there was an issue with the delivery location in the order or a mapping issue.
