Very frustrated. Unable to sync Hald watch for months now. Wasnt really a problem because I could still use as a watch and track step goal percentage but now we have had to change the clocks due to daylight savings. Now the time is wrong and I cant fix it. Have uninstalled and reinstalled app, turned bluetooth off and on, restarted phone etc. All multiple times. Watch unusable because its at the wrong time. Disappointed.

Have fossil ceased being interested in their app? I bought this hybrid watch for a reason, and is really just a watch if the app won't sync, or freezes, or refuses to sync for weeks and then lumps days at a time together so that I will have done 56,000 steps in a day. Zero sleep records available for months. No option to update the app. Would really appreciate if it was fixed. Thanks. Before it stopped working, it's been a great hybrid.

Please add the timer and stopwatch feature. They are very critical for the gym, cooking, and personal time management. The buttons do not response immediately and I need to hold them. Could you make them more responsive. Switching between configuration sets should be easier, through the mobile notification area without needing to open the app.
