app never saves info or takes my card payment. always have to re enter bank information to pay. slightly annoying.

I cannot pay my bill with the app, which is the main reason I downloaded it. It says "Choose payment method", so I choose the credit card stored on my account. The card info appears on the screen, I tap "Next", and I get a pop-up message saying, "Choose a payment method". My card info is actually visible as the chosen payment method behind this pop-up! 😄 Can I just please pay my bill with the app??

Good app to pay bills and keep up with my water consumption.
