The UI sucks. I've managed to save a card to my account and it had expired. The same card number is not updating with new expiration, so have to type it in every time. Tried to add a different card and set as default to delete original card and readd, but this seemingly logical process also doesn't work. This gets 2 stars for being a poop app that does ultimately work to allow me to pay my bill, but it is still better than the experience of trying to pay water bill

This app needs a ton of UX work. At least on Android the keyboard covers required fields and controls. Changes were not correctly saved with no error report, only noticing after a refresh that the data had not updated. There is no way to remove stored payment information even if there was an issue and it needs to be re-entered do to an error. Generally sloppy and unpolished.

This app is absolutely abysmal in EVERY WAY. You cannot schedule a payment, it never remembers your credit card info so you have to type the entire card info in EVERY month when you go to make a payment, and the option to scan a credit card in simply doesn't work at all. It also has a horrid design that is not intuitive and is not at all user friendly. For a multi billion dollar fossil fuel company, I expected more from your app. I'd give this app ZERO stars if I could. DO BETTER.
