The app needs improvement. Submitting a meter reading is out of order, it first asks you for the reading and then asks you which service but has already chosen the wrong service, so you must start over. Start at step two first and choose the correct service then go back to step one to enter the reading. Once you've submitted a meter reading, there is no way to go back and view past readings, there's no email confirmation, so there's no way to confirm the reading has been submitted?

I thought the app would be a great idea so I downloaded it. Set up my email on it was able to see everything. Then I logged out. And I cannot get back in. It keeps saying "unauthorized access". I deleted the app and I reinstalled. Then it took my email and password again. Logged out. Once again couldn't get back in. Keep saying "unauthorized access". A worthless app if I have to reinstall it every single month!

Have been trying for 7 months to get my address for billing and services to match. Also, since my last move, despite all of my communications, they still haven't updated my phone number either. Tried doing it myself, but no luck. Same thing with changing my service address to make it match my current home address/billing address. The app needs to be more user friendly.
