It's about time the gas company made an app. The app is not user-friendly. The home page is so confusing. The spot you have to add a payment method the expiration date part kept defaulting back to the date it had instead of keeping the info I put in. That spot should give the option to type it in as well instead of selecting from the calendar only. I would have given a better rating but the app was not put together very well.

I've sent messages through the app, trying to ask about my bill amd my budget and every time was either ignored or simply not replying to their customer.

Like this app. It allows me to pay from home. Being on fixed income every penny saved helps-no stamp, no gas.
