App UI is terrible to navigate. No way to easily add or update payment methods, let alone the alerts section where you can't delete them without going into each individually. Can't view details of bills without downloading them either. Just absolutely clunky and unhelpful, but is about the only way to pay without fees, so here we are.

It is shameful that your app will not allow a customer to pay the bill on the due date by planning ahead from the time of receiving the bill. The lack of planning ahead just cost me $27.77 late fee. Before your recent redo of your site I was able for many years to pay a date certain by planning ahead and seeing it was received at your offices on the due date. Now when I use your payment by card it only allows payment on "today's date" and no way to pay as of a future date. CU lags way back

Horrible. The app does not actually report back to their systems when you pay on your bill through it. It is a waste of time to even have on your phone. Don't waste your storage space for it. Easier to take the few minutes out of your day and pay at their kiosk or even in person.
