PROS - Good delivery, well packaged items. Wishlist is handy but could be longer/given folders. CONS - No dark mode for sensitive eyes, bright white background only. NO customer service email address!! it's contact by phone, live chat, social media or postal address only now. Some customers still need and/or prefer the email option due to various disabilities as they can write it slowly, without pressure and save it in stages and may not use social media and post isn't suitable for everyone.

As soon as I changed phones from Samsung S6 to Samsung S10 this app stopped working properly. honestly had no problems with S6 whatsoever. now it lags behind super slow it's soo frustrating!!! I'm almost giving up on it. i have uninstalled/installed it couple of times no go.it was my favourite shopping app. please fix it. I'm very disappointed. I would have loved to have given it 5 stars because it's such a smart app and deserved it. But now it's almost worthless 😕😥. Edit: all fixed now.5stars

I tried ordering an item that I had on my wishlist that became available again. Payment went through and I was waiting for dispatching. A few days later, my order was cancelled. The item was placed online as an instock item and I tried ordering again. Again, my order was cancelled. Both times, Selfridges took my money and never refunded. Both are high cost purchases. Screw this app. Screw Selfridges.
