When I put my details it says invalid login details I ever reset my password and created new one still it say invalid login details but I even wrote it down and i.m sure these are the correct details

The app is useless as soon as I have to complete my application it loads then is says "okay" today is the due date for applications but it's still not working

They take forever to give an accurate reply. My status has been awaiting evaluation, and they want documents of being a foster when I applied using my mother's details.....very disappointed
