About this app

The SeeClickFix Folsom app makes reporting non-emergency issues to the County easier than ever. This app is a great way for the residents of Folsom, California to report non-emergency issues in their community. Issues can be reported as soon as they are discovered. Residents can take photos of the issue and send them in with their report. They can also send in the exact location of the issue by using GPS capabilities of their device. Whether it is street repair, potholes or tree damage, use to notify the County and monitor the progress of the work.

Tried to register for an account, app won't send the email with the one time password it says it will. It won't allow me to submit an issue as a guest. Just fix the damn streetlight that's out in front of my house!

Uploading a picture is clunky and unintuitive. Submitting as a guest doesn't work. And I don't want to create an account.
