Been a user since 2017, and it's been consistently good, with tons of UI updates that've made the experience much smoother and more pleasant to look at. It does disable my fingerprint login on occasion, and that they tend to lock me out due to maintenance at unlucky times. They also flag my card unnecessarily, and it'd be really convenient if I could dispute them in-app. Still couldn't ask for much better in terms of providing a sleek way to access my money on the go and on my time.

Once you are logged into the app, it does what it needs to do. Getting logged in has been a constant pain for years. Verification texts do not come through in time and sometimes the voice call feature is never received. The app doesn't seem to hold onto the saved password for long as well.

Extremely frustrating design and poor functionality. This app feels like it doesn't want to exist. It does how ever actually, eventually after 45 minutes of repeated failure of the back end and frustrating pointless repetitive security. Secny needs to pump like 100 grand into hiring people to fix this app, because it pales in comparison to others. And the ux suffers greatly. The fact that I can set it up to show me my account bandage without logging in prove they know.
