Terrible experience. The boda picking up my order was ticking off on his end that he had picked up my stuff and was delivering, but in real time he hadn't even reached anywhere near my location. I kept calling him and he never picked up. Couldn't even cancel the order. Worse off, I'd already made the payment. This app is horrible. Don't download please. Also, there's no customer support past 9pm. All of this is happening and I'm helpless at the moment. Great service Sendy! Uninstalling the app!

When I started using the platform it was very efficient and seamless, pick up and inventory update would take hours and you would be able to get your goods delivered on the same day . But as time goes by the quality service offered is getting worse, it takes days just to get pick up then more days for inventory update and even with selection of the day for delivery there will still be a delay . I would not recommend, especially for time sensitive order fulfillment

When I started using this service, it was seamless. Right now, they dont bother with updates to the vendor or customer in cases where orders dont get delivered at all. They also mishandle my products during packing and they arrive to the customer when dirty. How does this even happen? I have lost customers trust because of this and my brand reputation is being damaged. I will no longer continue using this service in 2023 and I cannot refer any more vendors to this service.
