A HORRIBLE experience. It's clear that this app is designed in a hostile manner to encourage unwanted purchases, a far cry from the "fun" it adopts in its name. The permissions are atrocious, making the app unusable unless you allow it to use your location and send notifications, a very red flag, and an indicator of its aim of making quick money over user accessibility. Even the need for an address is clearly stated to be for allowing users to top up their wallets, as they make it necessary.

Works fine for the original person who purchases credits. Impossible to transfer credits to other family members. I ended up having to purchase credits directly on their phone with my cc details. That means I get gouged for two cc transaction fees and then two refund fees. What a crock! The 2023 version worked fine. This year's is terrible.

Was suss about how much info it wanted, but did it anyway. Put money on it, it refused to work. It asked for logins frequently whenever I tried to use the card. Now I have a lot of money in it, but can't find the "simply open the app and use the Refund button" the website constantly mentions. I've emailed their Customer Service to ask what options we'll have. Edit: I emailed the Customer Service team and they were able to help. So thank you to the team there.
