App crashes on Android while trying to connect to the wifi for Firmware update. After typing the Network manually, it worked but the backlights option is not working properly. If you try to turn it off after turning on the soild light, it won't work. you first need to put it in flashing mode and then turn the led off...otherwise it will be on the whole time.

Google Pixel 7, Samsung S20. Sena you are a disgrace and you've let down all your customers with this rubbish app. I have a perfectly working and fully updated Sena 20S that simply will not show on the app. I get "Device is not connected" on the setting screen when it is connected to my phone. Problem replicated on 2 different phones. I will never buy another Sena product again. Shocking support. Fortunately I have the older Sena Utility app on my old backup phone, and it works fine. Garbage.

At best temperamental. I had to do a reinstall of the app, and now, despite my phone connecting to answer calls etc, the app does not recognise the connection. Sena, IMO, is falling way behind other manufacturers. Still the clunky, awkward pairing ans, as detailed above, the app is virtually useless.
