This app is the reason I am leaving the bank. It glitches and refuses to load. If you leave the app to check something, it will not allow you to get back in. It just keeps loading. The layout is confusing, and information is rarely up to date. It still doesn't allow QR codes for transfers, which is pretty standard in hanoi. As for the website, that's another confusing ordeal. Spend less time trying to offer me a credit card and more time on operations and customer satisfaction. #prioritymember

WORST app ever. After a forced update, the app just spins and spins, cannot log in. One time I logged in and it tried to force me to turn on something called INBOX. Could not escape it. Try getting the app developers from VIETCOMBANK. That app works perfectly with 100 times more features.

Often loading and timeout when opening the app. Awful UX, who the one designs back button as exit action. Such a painful experience. Going to leave the bank soon. As the bad reviews, they sorry like a robot, without looking to fix the issue.
