I can't log in, the worst mobile apps in the world. I have so much and countless problems with SCB ,but not other banks

I ahve been using the app for a very long time and suddenly it stopped working after the recent update. It says a security failure. Tried uninstalling and installing it again, nothing worked out.

Biometric login doesn't work after the update. Everytime i need to type user name and password. Feel like I'm in 80's. And it takes much longer time to log in by using password. What is the point of using an app if it's not user friendly. One of the worst banking apps.
