Please fix the bugs! Since the new year, I have to enter my password on average 6 times I'm order for me to even just pull up the qr code to get on the train. I almost missed the train due to having to stand there and type my password in 6 times to be able to log in. Just one of MANY bugs. Please fix. This is an app that should've been updated since it's release, but yet it's stagnant. Please fix. PLEASE!!!!!

Slow, unintuitive user interface, multiple steps to sign up, uses outdated security questions (no 2FA), and worst of all: will not accept my credit card that I use all the time for online transactions. This app is hard enough for a 30-something millennial to use, I can't imagine how hard it is to use for other big chunks of their user base. I'll stick with Token Transit for now, which has its own flaws but has been 100% reliable.

This app literally wont let me add more money to my account, the email verification step wont let me enter an email address, and using the card on file gives me a failed transaction notice. Super glad this is happening after hearing about how easy it will be for months and months. When it works the app is fine enough but it's stressful figuring out how im gonna pay for my commute every day, especially with a bunch of cops standing there in the station watching the struggle

We have added a pop-up notification when users click on the "Register" button. This pop-up serves as a friendly reminder to all Paratransit Access Line (PAL) and Reduced Fare riders to register their photo ID on our fare system’s website before logging in to the mobile app. This feature aims to ensure a smooth and hassle-free registration experience for these riders by directing them to the correct registration procedure.
