Worst app . They sell disgusting quality of the products. The return policy is very bad. In one item they don't send any plastic seal and during return they were asking for the plastic seal and cancelled my return now I have to keep the item. And they change their return policy for particular item after selling it. Iam very disappointed by this app. Installing it.

I want to return the product due to size issues. The delivery boy is telling that in his app its showing pickup is not allowed. Whyyy???? I contacted the customer care twice . We don't have that mch time to elaborate the issue again and again. If you people can't go with easy returns and your app has that many problems.please have a good customer care on call support. Worst experience for online app. Even the products are good but returns are not easy

I had ordered 3 items, one of which wasn't of my size so I raised a return request for that particular item. The delivery guy picked up wrong product. Although I got my refund while the savana product was still with me. I wrote a mail to support and to escalations team. So that I can get my product back and they can take theirs. Picked up on May 3rd. I made sure they got their product. But they refused to send me back my product. Highly disappointed. It was worth 1.2k loss. What do I do now. Idk
