About this app

We empower our members with insight, tools, expert support and clinical care to help them work to improve their type 2 diabetes.

Who it’s for: Eligible health plan members. To learn more and check for eligibility, visit mylevel2.com. The Level2 Health app is for current Level2 Specialty Care members.

How the Level2 Health app works: When people join Level2 Specialty Care, they gain entry to the Level2 Health app, which includes access to:

• One-on-one coaching: A dedicated coach helps to set realistic goals and guides to success. Coaches (and their ideas, answers and encouragement) can be reached anytime in the coach chat.

• Care team: A coach is just one member of the care team and helps virtually connect members to other parts of the team, including physicians, nurse practitioners, nurses, registered dietitians or other type 2 diabetes experts.

• Learning: We bring proven, practical guidance from experts in diabetes, nutrition and behavioral health, designed to help people learn, make healthy choices and feel their best.

• Daily actions: Turn learning into action with daily actions, which suggest activities and reminders designed to bring you closer to achieving personal goals.

Great experience. Good (almost) real time feedback. I wish there was an option where i could enter data in regard to what was happening in certain graphs. Birthday cake at work Wednesday afternoon (associated with a blood sugar up spike) or caught in traffic for 3 hours without snacks(downward plunge.) I would also prefer to see my data longer in the line graphs. Once the data transitions to the bar graphs, trends are no longer visible. The bar graphs are of minimal value.

In a previous version I was able to see my readings graph directly in the app. Got an email with instructions to make the switch and uninstall the Dexcom app. Now with the latest update, I am no longer able to see my readings. There was no email or any communication regarding the change. Are you going to fix it or do I need to reinstall the Dexcom app? I currently have no way to see my glucose readings unless I go back to finger sticks.

Hi, thank you for this feedback! The accuracy and calibration of the Dexcom G6 device is covered in more detail at https://mylevel2.com/inspiration/facebook-member-community-faq/. We’d love it if you reached out to us via your health coach or at support@levelt2d.com so we can best address this for you.

The Level2 app constantly fails. Like ALL. THE. TIME. You have to frequently force the app to stop, restart your phone, and relaunch the app to make it work. The trend analysis is not as robust as the Dexcom app and you are not able to recalibrate the monitor through the Level 2 app (only with the Dexcom app). I wish I could delete the app and use the Dexcom app. As it stands, this app is not even able to meet the basic goal of continously providing glucose measurements.
