I love this app it's been very helpful. Don't mind the negative reviews most of them are unreasonable. You just need to get familiarized with the app to know how to do things. Aside from the missing items from time to time it's negligible since they will make adjustments naman u just have to report it. This is a startup business so it's not yet perfect but i can see that they are trying to improve their app and services. I love the convenience of doing my groceries from the comfort of my home.

I'm very disappointed with the lack of transparency from this app regarding the shipping fees. Buyers should not have to hunt around to find information about fees - it should be clearly displayed upfront during checkout. Because of the hidden shipping costs, I have decided not to pay the outstanding balance on my order. I cannot recommend this app in good faith, as the unclear fees feel like a way to trick customers.

Honestly, it doesnt a deserve a star at all. When ordering, yes it was very convenient but how they will process and respond of customer service is a big No, no. The ETA of the product is not true and every hour will be change, also customer service will basically replies in a hour which is b*llsh*t. And you know what its my twice reordering the product but i am not able to received it. It my second ordering I check my phone yet another day will be delivered then it got cancelled again. SCAM!
