Checking out was an issue, I had gotten an error that a product was sold out, but It was just the UPC so I had to manually scroll through the whole order to figure out what item and remove it but I had 3 of them. It only started that I could purchase 3 of them. Then, when I finally figured which of the 25+ items it was, another item was no longer available, then again a 3rd and 4th time. So basically I missed out on like 10 items because of this annoying issue. Buying should be easier/faster

Very, *very* slow app, it is probably the worst app I use on my phone. The only reason I keep it is because it keeps track of my previous orders so I can go back and re-order the same items I use frequently. It also keeps track of my rewards to use on subsequent orders. Otherwise, it's terrible, slow, glitchy, and lags. I wish the creators would pay attention to these negative reviews and fix the issues.

The app has a slow response time when making selections. This is regardless of data coverage. Searching for products can be very straight forward and the descriptions of products is helpful. I do however wish there were short demo videos for all applicable products. Not all products are available in store and seeing demos would be great. Also, adding cards is very elementary in design. I wish it was more obvious what needed to done to make the correct selection. It kept saving the wrong year.
