From 5 to 1. With every update of this app I have done comes more ads...? Literally an ad driven application, with the next update, we'll probably have to watch a 30 second ad just to log in, then another 60 seconds ad to see what our case status says? I give this a 1 star because I can see my case status. Thank you for that. There is no space for the other stars as they've been taken up by ads, sorry.

I was surprised when I felt a notification noise during the middle of the night, I almost gets up to check out. but I was sleep, then as soon as I woke up, guess what, it was a great news from USCIS saying, we have taken action on your case, it's worth, it's in the palm of your hand, love this app, I just have two cases pending for travel authorization, and now I have trauma, I'm getting up every middle of the night to check it out, even without listening any notifications sounds 😞 I'm praying

I used a paid version for a month and it worked well for most part. Notifications never popped up or popped up after few hours when cases were updated even when notifications were enabled. When I manually refreshed the case, it suddenly showed an update and then would revert back to old update, till I would refresh again. Remove the bugs, add new features and it will be worth it. Lacks comparative analytics.
