Has worked ok on/off for a couple of years now all of a sudden I can't log in to app, says there is network issue, no network issue, works manually on the thermostat but the gateway is alternately flashing red and green as well as emitting high pitched whine while flashing, auto bot technical help doesn't work, phone support not available, troubleshooting guides not useful as problem not listed only pairing units, no what to do if that doesn't work. Will be looking at a new alternative option

For some reason in scheduled mode it does not switch the heating on in the morning, the flame icon blinks on the thermostat ( the temps is also well below the target) but that's it, eventually it will come on but much later than the programed time. No issues in manual mode, but in essence that's only 1 set-point. P.s. Seems to be fixed with the option to turn off the 'optimised start' in settings.

If your plumber has suggested a heating controller that requires this app DON'T! Unfortunately I couldn't give it less than one star. Useless. The app has just turned the heating off while the house is still cold for no apparent reason. Also, it would be good to be able to override the schedule for e.g. an hour and then it go back to the programme. From the lack of response to my original review I guess either the developers are overwhelmed with poor reviews or they don't care.
