This phone neon Ray ultra isn't 14800ksh in total for there is some hidden cost. Once you pay a certain amount it is not deducted from the remaining amount as a whole but partially. This is very bad and corruption to people.

Kindly update the app so that my today's payments can reflect .. kindly requesting that you help out here to avoid this.... it's eating up my money and it's making me suffer Kindly improve your services Like now I just paid but it's not reflecting in the app... The app is not showing the correct due date Why do we have to pay double for the service honestly?? The economy is making things tough and now this eating up our money Improve your services kindly.... Kindly ....
