I posted a good review about this app over a year ago. I take it back. This app and Cobalt's online services are wrought with issues. I can never log in when I need to, seemingly always when I have to move money around to pay bills and make large purchases. If it happens outside of banking hours then there are zero options for me and almost no ATMs available at my location to remedy the issue.

Constantly have problems with this app! Over the last year, I can get in about 5% of the time. One "security" issue or another that won't load the app. It starts working for awhile, then broke again. Called the bank and the rep got instantly snarky and said I had to call tech. Tech said it was my phone without even getting details of what I had and offered no remedy. It is to the point that I am planning to change banks. Can't load from mobile website either, have to use the PC.

It works, that's about all I can say about it. It regularly doesn't update your available balance correctly if there's a pending charge on the card. My checking account is currently sitting in the negative due to budgeting with an amount of money I didn't have, but rather an amount of money the app SAID I had. Edit: EVEN BETTER! A payment still went through WELL AFTER I turned my card off. A monkey could write a better script than this.
