Resetting the password only works if I use a generated password and I see no rules around that in your instructions. Now your OTP isn't working so I can't get into the app. What's this surely?And your customer service sucks btw, you take forever to respond.

The app is great, but their's a bug with unlock with fingerprint. Someone can by pass unlock with fingerprint and get the OTP. Please improve on this security feature.
