I am unable to control a phone remotely after it has been rebooted or locked. After reboot, all remote control is lost. I can not find any way to have this run at startup. But then even once started, I am unable to enter a PIN to unlock the phone. Once unlocked by a person holding it it will work as intended (I think, only limited experience so far because the phone rebooted and I can' t restart it!). However opening the PIN entry screen does not allow entering a pin. Seems like a bug.

I am a paid user premium since last so many months . But may times it stops working. A series of help videos should be available on youtube channel. If one already exist, plz share link Also , there should be a link to get help from technical team , which is lacking. Also another problem that my daughter turn off the location button. Then it becomes impossible to trace her . My suggestion is to develop a feature that gps permanently ON OTHERWISE ALL THE FEATURES ARE REMARKABLY OUTSTANDING..

Not too good.The app is quite complicated as it seems to require another app to work. Too messy for my likeness. If someone knows how to use this app,please explain here.
