Downloaded the app to take advantage of the 5% discount. Turns out I can't add certain elements to the basket, rendering it useless. To top it off, webpage and app don't communicate. A 10% discount wouldn't make me download it again due to the waste of time. Useful to be able to browse relatively simply,but without the aids of the webpage (tv selector help, etc.), I would consider it a waste of time having mobile browsers.

The constant pop ups for chat support everywhere you go, even when you're just pressing 'next' on a page are very frustrating. I'm playing whack-a-mole just trying to browse or make a purchase. The app also forgets or never saves things you're shopping for so if you need to exit to apply a discount, or you went back to add something else, you have to start all over again. Overall, the app feels like I'm using a website, not a Samsung app accessed from a Samsung phone

I downloaded the app the take advantage of the 5% discount. The checkout page does not load and it when it did load the one time it told me the discount code was invalid. I've contacted Samsung no help what so ever just told me uninstall and reinstall the app which I have done so many times I've lost count. I'm not even bothered about the discount anymore I've been trying to order a product for over a week and still not been able to order it. Same thing happens on the website.
