search on this app is so awful. toolsation lists all the different sizes of the same item (e.g a type of screw in every length and thickness) on the same page. You have to individually search for each size you want even if its the same product in a different size. Very annoying. The sprint section doesn't list certain products that are in stock and small enough to fit in a delivery driver's box - at random. So random items can't be delivered by sprint. No way to do anything about it.

So poor. Doesn't allow you to filter to in stock items, doesn't show you stock in listings so most times having to try multiple items, with the cheaper one usually out of stock or even discontinued. Most fields can't be filtered on - for instance no way to narrow down a narrow jig saw blade so have to search through 100 listings. Shows you what it wants you to see, so by default upsells more expensive items. The catalog was far better, you could just go to the section and see _everything_

love screwfix for having 95% of what I need to get those jobs done. even late into the weekends. Really hate ordering things on the app and getting a text to say its ready to collect. When I get to the store and click the app button to say I'm here to collect. I have to wait and watch the person walk around the shop, go up the steps, just to get everything I ordered. I might as well order at the desk when I arrived. There is no time saving in using the click and collect, unless after 1 item
