It forced a 60mb update, logged me out, won't let me log in, the reset password email links to a rewards screen, and when I try to reset password I get error messages about null values and I'm forced to enter my phone number. When submitting I'm told password is empty or wrong and it clears all my inputs. Update: defaults to a store many miles away about a third of the time and I have no idea why. Placed an order to the wrong store and every time I check out I have to look. Update: more errors.

I don't go to Rubio's enough because the prices are so high, so my points all got removed and I never got to use them. There are never any good offers in the app unless you have a whole family to buy for. So, I'm deleting the app and not going back to Rubio's. My friends and I decided if we're going to pay that much for a single meal, we'll go to an actual restaurant and eat instead. If the app didn't take so long to accumulate points and there were better offers, I might give it a chance again.

Rewards are terrible. Even the birthday reward is a BOGO where you have to pay full price for an entree. I got a signup offer that is $5 off an entree but it's still too expensive tbh. When signing up it said I will receive free tacos but there is no such deal in the app. Lunch special and other deals exclude veggie options. Overall there are better and cheaper options out there. Choosing the option to delete your account does not delete it! Fix this!
