Since you're unable to purchase what seems to be any passes thru the app, the app itself pretty much serves no purpose. I believe the bus service as a whole could do great if they simply had an overhaul improvement on they're computer based systems that customers have to utilize, sometimes on a daily basis. To end on a positive, all customer service reps and drivers are pleasant and helpful to interact with.

As someone who has to get the bus basically anywhere they go, it's a headache to get the physical bus pass; I have to take a two hour ride total, so I was excited to figure out I could just get it digitally. Turns out, you can't. Every time I try to buy a pass it crashes, and after attempting to use the trip planning feature, it now crashes immediately upon opening every time I open it. Talking to other people who ride the bus, they've share my experience. Might be best to give up on this.

Doesn't allow you to purchase day pass sometimes and bus drivers do not carry paper pass so no phone, no Internet, no pass sad if your down on hard times sheesh $2 one way no matter what
