• Download and install the Ignite HomeConnect app on your smartphone
• Launch the app and sign in using your MyRogers username and password
• Select "Remember me" for even faster sign-in next time

Requirements:
• Ignite WiFi Gateway modem, included exclusively with Ignite Bundles and Ignite Internet packages from Rogers in Ontario, New Brunswick, and Newfoundland. (For British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba, Please download "Ignite HomeConnect (Shaw)")

This app worked great! Very easy to follow step-by-step instructions. However I downloaded the app early to get set up as recommended in the welcome email from Rogers and I was feeling stressed out because it was not working...the reason - the app will not work until you have the router Connected! I think it would be beneficial if Rogers included in the welcome email that the app does not work until you have the router hooked up to its power source and so on. Hope this is helpful.

Absolute garbage of an app. Was forced to switch from Fido to Rogers and can't manage basic functionality such as controlling what devices can connect using desktop web page and must use the mobile app. However app is difficult to use and cannot limit who can connect on router. This is basic functionality and should not require jumping through hoops. Overall, all is poorly designed and not user-friendly and hard to find anything

Supposed to have this app installed for upcoming new modem installation. As others have noted, it constantly crashes. Disappointing to see Rogers has been aware of this for several months, yet only continues to chime in with did you delete and reinstall it? Yes. Yes we did. UPDATE: it would be helpful, if the case, to note in the email about needing to download app, or in the app itself, that it will not function (or even login) without the equipment.
