With Real Time Location Sharing and Accident Sensing, your loved ones are with you - every step of the way. It's perfect for runners, cyclists, hikers, walkers, skiers - basically anyone not glued to the couch.
REAL TIME LOCATION SHARING
A brainlessly simple way to let your loved ones follow you on your adventures. The ROAD iD App sends eCrumbs (electronic breadcrumbs) to your selected loved ones (Guardians). eCrumbs can be sent via Email or SMS and give your Guardians the ability to see where you are, how far youāve gone, and the route youāve traveled. Guardians do NOT need to install the App to see your location.
ACCIDENT SENSING
Our patented Stationary Alert technology provides loved ones with your wipeout whereabouts. When activated, the ROAD iD App will trigger a Stationary Alert when it senses that you have been stationary for too long. You are given 30 seconds to dismiss the Stationary Alert before the App notifies your pre-selected loved ones (Guardians). Stationary Alerts can be sent via Email or SMS. Guardians do NOT need the App to receive Stationary Alerts.
ONE-TOUCH SOS
Instantly notify loved ones that you need help and call First Responders if needed. When using the App, simply press the SOS button and we'll notify your loved ones (Guardians) that you're in distress. Pressing this button will also give you a shortcut to call Emergency Services (ex. 911). This emergency screen will show your current Latitude and Longitude so you can tell First Responders exactly where you are.
ACTIVITY HISTORY
We'll even keep a complete log of your adventures, including maps and key stats.

Awful. The "old" app literally worked yesterday just fine. Heading out to ride today the "old" app wouldn't update, had to install the new one, which then forced a monthly subscription. I already had a subscription, so you'd think there would be an email or notification about changing the app or the terms of the subscription. Giving up on RoadId- was a great idea, but execution seems to be getting worse.

Hi Daniel, Thank you for the review. At this point, the ROAD iD App Subscription is separate from the MyROADiD Subscription. However, you're not the only person that would like us to find a way to combine these. While this isn't on our immediate Roadmap, it is something that we are definitely considering. JANUARY 11 APP UPDATE fixed the issue of stopping music and bluetooth activity when the app was running. Good job š BTW I was not surprised at the switch to a paid app. Plenty of communication and warning this was going to happen. I decided to use the paid version and paid for a year at some savings over the month to month charge. Still if you want to test drive the app for a month, skip buying that cup of coffee and try it. If you don't like it, then cancel, if you do, buy a year sub.

Surprise Update, with no notice the app required an update and payment. The last time the software was updated was a disaster with removed functions and no transfer of data. I don't like surprises and with the past track record of down grades I see no reason to purchase the app. The very original app was simple and robust. Will uninstall the app now. It was good, but good bye.
