Not satisfied with the app as installed it on my mobile and the transfer option is disable and not possible to transfer the money using Riyad bank app. Kindly find a solution to fix it permanently or give alternative solution. Tried to reach customer support but no response Also from Riyad bank website I cannot complete the transfer which gives the error message.

Literally the worst app ever created. I'm not sure who the developer was of this app but he knew nothing and seems like the owner of this bank cheaped out. Horrible horrible app. Nothing works on this app and you have go to through like 1000 different steps just to avail basic services like transferring to local banks. Just get an account on alrajhi honestly. Much much better.

One of worst experience ever..app keeps crashing every single time.. started hating the whole banking process after installing this.. regretting the decision already.
