Was at a former property that used this app, now at a new property and no one can update my account to reflect the new apartment. So I can't submit any maintenance requests and have to call or show up to the leasing office in person to get things fixed like it's 1998. Wish it would just go back to being under 1 website. This app wasn't fully vetted before they made everyone jump on board and it's causing unnecessary issues

my apartment said to get the app but it mostly just links to rentcafe. many of the better features were not even on it probably because the property in austin didn't use them. so its basically pointless you just go to rent cafe. i didnt see any place to have autopay or in rent cafe.

This app is completely useless. You can't even access your lease in this site. Work orders can't be categorized by urgency so they're all just marked as a regular request. You're better off calling in.
