Whoever is managing this app is either on a strict time crunch or never uses it because many of its features don't make sense. 1st, why does it not tell you what places you can get off at? Yeah there's "zones" but most of the time it gives vague "near X place". 2nd, you can only schedule 2 rides in advance, why? It should be at least 3-4 if you really want to restrict it, since they got rid of the buses around there. Students AND families have to use the service. Most of the drivers are nice tho

Very easy to use the app, and definitely was confusing to set up on my first trip because my location on the map sent me to a pickup spot across the street. Despite this, every driver I found was friendly, and I enjoyed using the app. Recently, it seems that VIA Link has changed their service - and for the worse. They only pick you up and drop you off *near* a location, not at a specified spot or sometimes not anywhere near where you want to go at all. Displeased with this service at the moment.

Great for making connections without a long wait. Need to improve pick-up and drop-off locations! Broaden the search format to show the nearest pick up/drop off spots to you based on location. Versus having current location automatically inserted in the search bar to get redirected to a page that says where you are isn't an available pick up, we can find no rides for you, call customer support. Not helpful at all, especially when you are not familiar with the area. Also, Expand the coverage area
