App is no longer reliable. New update completely removed option to generate notifications. My kid starts conversations and I do not notice unless I open the app and look at past messages. Seems like Relay is focusing attention purely on business customers, no longer on personal users. Also, customer service chat for personal users is no longer available. Only support option is via email. Disappointed and frustrated with current app.

I need reliability more than anything. And this app randomly fails to update channel, battery amount, or GPS. Restarting my (Samsung flagship) phone fully will often resolve, but is a miserable solution when I'm looking for instant communication. Also, features (location and communication) should both be accessible from the same device screen, not separated into completely different areas. But I could look past that if the app worked consistently. Working with tech support (again).

We've been using Relay for years now, and performance is noticably degrading. Very frustrating. Cust service is good, but the map no longer updates in a timely manner and the devs have removed our ability to refresh it! It's always VERY behind, timewise. (much longer than 5 minutes) Lately, I'll get a notice that my child has left a Geofence, but the map will persist in a previous location which does not resolve unless the app is restarted. Sometimes, even that doesn't help. Fix the map!
