"Password Reset" fails to send the requisite pass code via SMS, and I have therefore been unable to log in to the app since the recent upgrade. Additionally, since the email address generating the invites doesn't respond to incoming emails, it would be helpful to include a 'Help' or 'Support' option at that juncture in order to troubleshoot problems such as these.

It works okay for simple things like maintenance requests. Otherwise the interace is choppy and too slow to be usable for viewing resident news or offers. The package notications are hit or miss. The mobile key also does not work
