ESS 41 - Reflexis One

Literally the worst app. Never loads properly, always have to uninstall, reinstall, wash and repeat. Never refreshes correctly. Always tries to force you to download another useless app that had no relation to what you need. How could such an app that is used for tracking work schedules be so terribly developed and maintained?? The only good feature? When it actually cooperates. I can download my schedule straight to my calendar. But that's it. Everything else is horrible.

The app is wonderful when it works. Anytime we change our password on the work computer, they won't work. Even if you uninstall and reinstall. Or even if you try to change the password on the app, it says your info is incorrect when it's not. I used the option to send the one-time code on my phone and put the phone number in it says it's wrong. Seriously, only a few of us are able to get the app at all, but not for long. It is extremely frustrating because the app is Amazing and easy to use.

Easy to use, and the display is very straightforward. The only problem I have is how often I cannot get into the app. Very often, I will sign in, and instead of taking me to my work schedule page, it will immediately be just a white screen with some black text at the top. Most of the time, simply exiting and logging back in does the trick. Other than that, the only slight annoyance is that it doesn't save login credentials or biometrics. Overall, not a bad app.
