Don't take plans with them. If you take then probably it would be worst decision ever. I had submitted opd bills all at once. Now for the first time I got only partial reimbursement for few selected bills. When I asked them for the reason they told you need to submit consultation, medicines, reports saperately. Now ok. I submitted remaining bills and everything. But still few of them they were able to understand and others then just cancelled without valid reasons!! Worst app and support team!!

I have been their customer from last 1 year and some times their app is not working after which I have tried to email them for reimbursment and they didn't respond. Recently I have visited the hospital and tried to pay but their app is amazing and stopped working and was showing some error then I paid via cc and emailed them thrice but no response from them... Now I'm trying to order medicines and they are coming up with the issue that they are out of stock and I'm left with nothing.

Looks like they are struggling. OPD reimbursement is taking 2 months time with all false commitments. Even the CEO has stopped responding the emails now. Would not renew insurance with them this time . Very risky and please be careful with these new insurance players.
