The service is good, the live chat is helpful and does work to help with issues. Don't plan on anything showing up early. My order never showed, never showed as shipped, only lable printed. The help team reordered it for me, then it happened again so I asked for a refund 2 months later, I almost forgot! Track your orders well, and order your Christmas stuff for next year on December 26th.

Great way to find fanart but the app has several major flaws. The UI could be much easier to browse product types but its clunky. The algorithm gets stuck on just 1 subject at times. Products have very limited sizes- hope you are a skinny person. Many times I see the art applied badly, white text on a white background or cut off awkwardly, making products un-sellable. No way to contact the artists about fixing art uploads with problems.

Good but needs added features. They should set up the business aspect. Being the Dashboard, product sells/likes/etc information and so on. The features that are accessible on a normal web browser. It would enhance the app a lot more for the users doing business on it. Because I searched for another RedBubble app set up for doing business. But have not found it. Otherwise it's a simple online shopping app. Very user friendly at the very least.
