Honestly, is not worth it. The app is badly translated and that alone causes issues. Furthermore, you can only order tickets for trains that don't have any transfers. If your trip has a transfer you have to do it on the web and at that point you are better off doing it there anyway. The ap is not bad per se, just dissapointing after checking apps from other countries

Terrible. I bought a ticket on the app where it says changes can be made free of charge for the same day. I tried to change my ticket for the next train when I realized I would not make it. The app did not work. When I saw someone at the station they said you can change ticket only until 30 minutes before the train departure time. First of all, what a stupid policy, and most importantly, why is it not disclosed when we buy, instead of lying that changes are free of charge, which is why I bought

Horrible company. Nasty trains with lots of screens showing adverts but zero information on the upcoming stations, time of arrival or the seemingly mandatory delays to your journey. A company so awful they accomplish something I thought impossible: running a worse rail service than the UK. It's a real pity I have to give them one star as it's thoroughly unmerited.
