MyCam View allows you to view your 7 Inch or 9 Inch wireless video monitor from anywhere in the world on your Android™ smartphone or tablet.
The app allows you to:
• View live video from all connected cameras.
• Change the channel displayed in live viewing.
• Save snapshots directly to your mobile device.
• Enable two-way audio with any of the connected cameras.
• Search and playback motion events saved to the system’s memory card.
Notes:
• Android v4.0 and higher.
• A minimum upload speed of 512kbps is required. 1mbps or higher is recommended for best video performance.
• Selectable single-channel viewing only.

It hasn't given me many problems in the past, but now it sends alerts to my S23 and it won't let me view my cameras with my phone when away from home. It says 'connection exception' or 'offline'. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app, but still not letting me. Made sure setting on the monitor at home is on dynamic. Also changed ethernet cables. I am at a loss. I need my security system to work. Please help!!! Sent email to developers and STILL no word. 3/4/24 - IT WORKS NOW!! THANK YOU!!!

Updated Update: Person I spoke with says they will upload new version of the app next week!!! So everyone cross your fingers and hope you don't get robbed till then : / Update: Still not working. Talked to Harbor Freight tech, my Internet provider, and the rdi associate. Rdi associate is not much help. I have tried everything in the book from changing Ethernet cables to reboot everything.The problem lies within the app. Until app is fixed/updated the cameras won't work. Will update when fixed

Got this reply from RDI to my complaint that this app suddenly stopped working in Feb 2024: “New version App available on google play, pls update your App." I updated to 1.3.30. Still won’t connect to Harbor Freight Cobra 4-Ch Surveillance System. Never had this problem for years. My initial complaint was because I could no longer connect via Windows 11 WSA , but could from phone. Now even phone won’t connect. I can ping Cobra system from my Windows PC, so not a LAN issue. Fix the App!
