When I try to open the app I'm told an update is required. I have two options when I try to update: open or uninstall. Open tells me I need to update. Uninstall allows me to uninstall, then reinstall to be told I need an update! Very annoying

Still not correct, can't use without an update, and when I press enable, nothing happens.

Evidence has been requested for a claim but no evidence type selection boxes appear so cannot proceed & supply evidence - tried both app and via desktop?!?!
