Zero stars if I could. This app NEVER WORKS! Every time I log in there's an issue or it bugs out. Now, for the last week it keeps giving me an error saying there's a connection timeout when nothing is wrong with my Internet and every app I have works fine. Now I own a bunch of stupid scents for a device I can't even get to work because of this stupidity. LEARN HOW TO PROGRAM YOUR APP IF YOU'RE GOING TO OFFER A PRODUCT THAT RELIES ON IT. I won't be buying air wick products anymore

When it works, it's ok.... The majority of the time, it says to check my internet connection. My connection is fine, your app interface is junk. Update: After being frustrated beyond belief and ready to throw the device away, I tried setting up using my Google account. Since the change, everything has been working as intended. So I would suggest using a Google account vs. a just login/password way of signing in. You wouldn't think that would be the issue, but it was.

I bought 1 of these & totally loved it. Decided to buy a couple more since the 1st worked so well. Mistake. Now that I've paired a 2nd device (not even going to bother with the 3rd that's still in the box), each diffuser (#1 & 2) now show a red exclamation mark in the app & say 'diffuser not connected'. Tried turning them off & on and the app crashed. I REALLY like this idea & loved the product when only 1 diffuser was connected. If/when this gets sorted out I'll be happy to give 5 stars.

Hi Katy, sorry to hear you are experiencing issues. We appreciate the detailed feedback. You can only connect and control one device at a time, so you will see a red ! for the ones that you are not connected to, or it could be out of range. Just select the device you want to connect to, making sure you are in range, and it should work fine.
