I am using Raza for the last 4 5 years to call internationally. The previous application was soo better, Sound Quality is soo poor other end people can not hear me at all, It is not like the issue with my phone I tried using on my wife'ss brand new phone and still the same issue. so it is something wrong with the application. Call Quality is soo poor. I fill if they don't improve the quality they are going to lose many customers. and I fill like I need to find some other service provider because of poor sound quality.

Wasted a couple of hours of my time trying to login with customer service. Not going to use Raza for the near future. The rep didn't understand the issue and tried to put blame.on me. Also, It shows you 10% bonus when you buy you only get basis minutes. Nowhere it said that I'll get bonus minutes only if turn auto recharge on until I found it from customer service.

Unreliable!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Nov 11 - So I get the above response from the developer… thanks but NO thanks. I have been calling the support line since Sept. I keep get this run around. They tell me they will pass to technical team which i assume is you and they do jack nothing but keep closing tickets over & over. I have called u guys no less than 5 times as I was completely dependent on your app for long distance calls. I still have $66 stuck in your app. I have moved on to Libon. Unreliable!
