Rapido Rentals

It is the one of the top most customer service I have seen. It is good if you didn't get any issue but if you get any issue It is the worst. Yesterday I booked a bike with that i am having issue since yesterday I have been trying to connect with team but no response I have mailed them and most worst thing is their contact number. It is not at all working. I am not suggesting this to anyone

Rapido rentals is one of the worst service, it is good if you dont get an issue, but if you do then there is no chance to connect with Rapido customer care, you only keep try your call which will never connect and also it will be automatically disconnected after 5 mins. Even in support customer executives are no more supportive, you wont get any reaponse on your issue. I wouldnot recommend this app rather there are many other apps you can go with.

It's really a waste of your time and money. Before booking, they show that bikes are available, but after booking, they're not. There was no response from customer care. I called plenty of times, but no one responded. They charged a security deposit of 249 rupees, but when their vehicles are not available near you and they're cancelled, they are refunding only 200 rupees, and that too, they are taking a very long time to refund your amount.
