Absolutely love this app! The user experience is seamless and stylish, just like the brand itself. Navigation is effortless, and the product showcases are stunning. I appreciate the easy access to new arrivals, sales, and exclusive offers. The app makes shopping a breeze, and I've discovered so many great pieces for my 7yo daughter. The app is fine but there could be other things that can be added to enhance the user's experience. One thing is enabling a zoom feature. When viewing full screen, the option to zoom in closer would be great. Another is to have the Complete The Look with all items that the model is wearing. Or have the model wear what's available for purchase. The shirt/top looks great but the entire outfit caught my attention. Not just the one item.

For the last few weeks, nearly each purchase on the app or website results in my credit card being charged, then immediately reversed. I called and placed the order, and there was no issue. Today, I decided to redo all my profile, and each time I select my state for the billing address, it says it's a required field. I even selected other states with the same issue. It won't save. I've used a laptop too and it's the same result. Please help. Thank you, D Jones
