Teaching the Holy Qur’an to all segments of society in Turbah Governorate, using distinguished means and modern technology, by building an integrated and attractive environment, and strong and sustainable partnerships, in order to build a righteous generation that works with the Qur’an and has its morals.

As a commitment from the Charity Association for the Memorization of the Noble Qur’an – in Turbah Governorate (Taj) and honoring the service of the Holy Qur’an and its sciences (memorization, understanding and practice), the Charitable Association for Memorizing the Holy Qur’an – in Turbah Governorate (Taj) has been keen to comply with international specifications and standards represented in the application of the requirements of the international standard (ISO 9001 according to its latest version of 2015), which contributes to achieving the association’s mission, vision and strategy and supports the principles of efficiency and effectiveness.

In an effort to continuously activate its role in serving the Holy Qur’an and its sciences (memorization, understanding and practice), the Charity Association for the Memorization of the Holy Qur’an in Turbah Governorate (Taj) has been keen on:

- Achieving the vision and strategy of the association and its commitment to its compatibility with the vision and strategy of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in building the civilized identity of the state and the Islamic nation, in a manner that guarantees effective protection of the quality management system by adopting the methodology (risk management) and setting a clear institutional context based on scientific methodologies.
Effective application of the quality management system and its continuous development according to the requirements of the international standard (ISO 9001 according to its latest version of 2015).
Compliance with the legal and legislative requirements in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia related to charitable work, the service of the Holy Qur’an, and charitable societies.
Achieving the satisfaction of the beneficiaries, and strengthening the role of partnership with supporters in order to activate the role of the association in serving the Holy Quran.
Setting measurable quality goals and programs that contribute to achieving this policy and are consistent with its basic provisions.
Developing and training the association's employees and adopting the methodology (knowledge management), in order to ensure that they constantly raise the level of their professional performance.
Providing a stimulating work environment for giving and creativity, with the application of modern technical methods that play the role of a quality management system.
Disseminate the message, vision and quality policy to the association's employees and the community and introduce them to its basic provisions, with a commitment to review the quality policy to ensure its compatibility with the association's field of work and strategy.
